Are the recipes from G Ramsey's ultimate cookery course going to be available on line and if so when?

BBC

Dear Sandy,

Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in South Africa.

The BBC Lifestyle Recipe Planner features recipes created by the channel’s star chefs, in addition to innovative ideas from the team at BBC Good Food magazine. If you are looking for more specific recipes, you may wish to try Gordon Ramsay’s official website or see if the programme-makers offer any DVDs, books or other merchandise associated with the series. We hope you continue to enjoy Gordon’s Ultimate Cookery, currently premiering on BBC Lifestyle on Mondays at 20:00.

Why are we still watching who wants to be a millionaire shows that were filmed in 2002, that is over 10 years ago. Come on guys, this is all getting a bit stale.

BBC

Dear Gillian,

Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in South Africa.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with the age of the episodes of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? on BBC Entertainment South Africa and while we appreciate that you would prefer to see the very latest episodes, these are unfortunately not yet available to purchase. We will however note your request to see more up to date episodes in future.

Rights and availability issues mean that there will always be a delay between original transmission and when we are able to bring programmes to our international viewers but we do try to minimise this wherever possible. For example, we are currently premiering new episodes of Doctor Who which will only have been shown in the UK the previous evening and we are also premiering new episodes of The Graham Norton Show just two weeks behind the UK broadcast.

Thank you for your feedback which is most appreciated.

Best wishes,

I am an experienced production manager and I would love to work with you. Who can I send my CV to?

BBC

Please see our FAQ I would really like to work for the BBC - how do I find out about employment opportunities? Can I send you my C.V.?

STEPHANIE

'The British' is an amazing series, but unfortunately was only shown once a week. I managed to catch all but the first episode, but would love to watch it again along with friends who missed it completely. Really interesting for those of us with a British heritage. Please try to repeat this series sometime (soon).

BBC

Dear Stephanie,

Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in South Africa.

We are delighted to hear you enjoyed The British so much. Unfortunately we do not currently have plans to repeat it on BBC Knowledge, but we hope we might interest you in some of our upcoming premieres including Speeches That Changed The World, on 15 May, Our War, about the soldiers' perspective of the war in Afghanistan, from 29 May, as well as a wealth of programmes relating to the British Royal Family, such as King George and Queen Mary. The Royals who rescued the Monarchy and Royals at War, both from 2 June, and Our Queen, from 11 June.

Will you be showing the series Mrs Browns Boys in the future?

BBC

Dear Steve,

Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in South Africa.

We appreciate your interest in Mrs. Brown's Boys, and although we are not planning to show it in the near future, we have noted your request to see it on BBC Entertainment in South Africa. May we take this opportunity to recommend a situation comedy Miranda, which is currently showing on BBC Entertainment on weekday afternoons. We are also pleased to announce that its second series will premiere on BBC Entertainment in July.

How does one enter come dine with me south africa 2013

Michael

I would like to enter 'Come Dine with Me' please

Tanya

Good evening. I would like to ask you to consider filming an episode for Come Dine with Me: South Africa in Bathurst in the Eastern Cape. Albeit a small village, it is filled with an eclectic mix of extremely interesting characters and foodies to boot. I can guarantee that it would make for superb viewing. One should also consider the dynamics and culture that is village living. It is completely different to city living and an episode filmed in Bathurst will introduce a dynamic to your programme not seen before. Your premise of four strangers works, however, consider 4 eccentric and rather clever village idiots (a paradox, i know) who all know each other, competing in something they are passionate about, for money, which is always short in the Eastern Cape, well then I think you have something that will deliver the goods. I can guarantee that you would have more than enough appplicants, free accommodation and your film crew will have a memorable experience in our small village. I look forward to hearing your reply.

BBC

Dear Tanya,

Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in South Africa.

We very much appreciate your interest in Come Dine With Me South Africa and we are grateful to you for taking the time and trouble to contact us with your suggestion of Bathurst as a location for this series.

Come Dine With Me South Africa series 3 will be filmed in four, rather than the previous three locations: Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and now also Port Elizabeth. While we have no plans to film an episode of the third series in Bathurst we will certainly note your request in relation to possible future series of this hugely popular show.

Thank you for contacting us.

Best wishes,
