With our handy guide, you too can speak TOWIE as “reem” as Harry, Amy and Kirk and make everyone “jel!”

Word: JEL
Meaning: Envious
Use in a Sentence: Look at your amazing orange tan, I’m jel.
For advanced TOWIE speakers, use the phrase “well-jel” to indicate that you are particularly jealous.

Meaning: You (plural)
