- 4 chicken hindquarters
- 4 mangoes
- 250 ml coconut milk
- dash cayenne pepper
- dash turmeric
- dash paprika
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- dash honey
- few sprigs rosemary
- 4 cups basmati rice
Preparation method
- Add mangoes, coconut milk, cayenne pepper, turmeric, paprika, ginger, garlic, honey and rosemary.
- Oven bake chicken until cooked and golden brown.
- Boil and season basmati rice.
