- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 sprigs parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 med potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream
- 226 g butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- bread crumbs
Preparation method
- Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and place in mixing bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, sour cream, cream, parmesan, chives and butter. Whip with electric mixer.
- Mix cream cheese, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
- Spread cream cheese mix on salmon fillets, add bread crumbs.
- Bake for 10-15 min and serve with mash.
