Cheese and Barbeque Crackers

Ingredients

Pastry:

  • 450g Flour
  • 150g Butter
  • 1ea. Eggs
  • 125g Cheddar cheese
  • 13g Barbeque spice
  • 1g Salt

Dip:

  • 250g Plain cream cheese
  • 13g Black pepper
  • 13g Green fresh onions
  • 13g Crushed Garlic
  • 1g Barbarque spice

Preparation method

Biscuit:

  • Preheat oven to 220c
  • Mix the flour, salt and barbeque spice
  • Add the butter, cheese and egg into the mix
  • Knead dough with your hands
  • Cut the biscuit to 36 identical biscuits
  • Bake on a line baking pan with parchment paper
  • Bake for 10-12 min

Dip:

  • Mix black pepper, spice, garlic and chopped onions into the cream cheese
