Ingredients
Pastry:
- 450g Flour
- 150g Butter
- 1ea. Eggs
- 125g Cheddar cheese
- 13g Barbeque spice
- 1g Salt
Dip:
- 250g Plain cream cheese
- 13g Black pepper
- 13g Green fresh onions
- 13g Crushed Garlic
- 1g Barbarque spice
Preparation method
Biscuit:
- Preheat oven to 220c
- Mix the flour, salt and barbeque spice
- Add the butter, cheese and egg into the mix
- Knead dough with your hands
- Cut the biscuit to 36 identical biscuits
- Bake on a line baking pan with parchment paper
- Bake for 10-12 min
Dip:
- Mix black pepper, spice, garlic and chopped onions into the cream cheese
