Chicken balls with soy dipping sauce

Chicken balls:

• 400g chicken mince
• 2 baby marrows, grated
• 5cm knob ginger, grated
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp (15ml) fish sauce
• Salt and milled pepper

Soy dipping sauce:

• 3 tbsp (45ml) sweet Indonesian soy sauce
• 2 tbsp (30ml) soy sauce
• 3 tbsp (45ml) sweet chilli sauce
• Juice of 2 limes
• Splash sesame oil, optional

Preparation method

Chicken balls:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Shape into small balls, and fry until cooked through.
  3. Serve hot or cold with soy dipping sauce.
