Chirene’s Slide Me on Home

Ingredients

Serves: 4-6 people

Preparation time: 30 min

Burger patties

  • 850 g lean beef mince
  • 2.5 ml salt and pepper
  • 15 ml chipolata tobasco sauce
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 15 ml Italian herbs

Garnish

  • 200 g figs
  • 20 g rocket
  • 150 g brie cheese
  • 450 g jar jalapeno peppers
  • 150 ml cheese sauce
  • 100 ml balsamic glaze
  • 250 ml craft beer

Buns

  • 6 mini burger buns

Preparation method

  • Mix together herbs, mince, tabasco and egg.
  • Cut mozzarella into squares.
  • Shape mince into balls, split open and add mozzarella to centre.
  • Leave to chill in fridge until ready to cook.
  • Prepare garnish and place in containers.
  • Cut and butter the buns.
  • Cook patties and assemble into burgers.
