Ingredients

Burger patties
- 850 g lean beef mince
- 2.5 ml salt and pepper
- 15 ml chipolata tobasco sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 15 ml Italian herbs
Garnish
- 200 g figs
- 20 g rocket
- 150 g brie cheese
- 450 g jar jalapeno peppers
- 150 ml cheese sauce
- 100 ml balsamic glaze
- 250 ml craft beer
Buns
- 6 mini burger buns
Preparation method
- Mix together herbs, mince, tabasco and egg.
- Cut mozzarella into squares.
- Shape mince into balls, split open and add mozzarella to centre.
- Leave to chill in fridge until ready to cook.
- Prepare garnish and place in containers.
- Cut and butter the buns.
- Cook patties and assemble into burgers.
