Ingredients
Serves: 6 people
Preparation time: 40 min
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 800 g smoked salmon
- 1 cup chives
- 20 g caviar, to garnish
- pinch salt and black pepper
- 2 avocados, finely diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup dill, to garnish
- dash tobasco sauce
- 1 cup crème fraîche, to garnish
Preparation method
- Slice salmon into bite-size pieces.
- Into a bowl, add lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, pepper and tobasco. Mix together.
- Add onion, avocado and salmon. Mix well.
- Cover and chill until serving.
- To serve: Arrange cucumber slices on plate. Top with salmon tartare mixture.
- Garnish with crème fraîche, caviar and dill.
