Ingredients
• 1 roll puff pastry
• 4 Granny Smith apples
• 2-4 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp butter
Preparation method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Lightly roll puff pastry out on a floured surface.
- Press out into discs, about 8cm in diameter.
- Slice apples very thinly, and fan over pastry.
- Drizzle honey over tarts, and dot with butter.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
