Ingredients

• 2½ cups (about ½ packet) cooked peas
• Grated peel of 1 lemon
• 2 discs feta cheese
• ½ cup (125ml) ricotta cheese
• 60ml olive oil
• 2-3 tbsp (30-45ml) yoghurt
• Handful basil
• Salt and milled pepper

Preparation method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse to desired consistency.
  3. Adjust seasoning, and serve.
