Ingredients

- 4 x 200g tuna steaks
- 1 bottle hot English mustard
- 1 pkt assorted sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1pkt new baby potatoes
- 1 tube wasabi paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 punnet micro herbs
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
- 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 limes
- 1 bunch coriander
- 2 red Thai chillies, fresh
- 1 punnet ginger, fresh
Preparation method
- Coat the tuna steaks in mustard, then roll in sesame seeds, to coat.
- Bring water to the boil, add peeled potatoes.
- When cooked, mash the potatoes and add wasabi paste.
- Mix together fish sauce, soya sauce, lime juice, sweet chilli sauce, chopped chilli and coriander. Place in fridge until ready to cook steaks.
- Cook tuna steaks in olive oil before placing on the mash and garnishing.
- Serve the sauce separately.
