Ingredients
Serves: 4-6 people

- 5 ml salt
- 3 cups maize
- 1 cup sweetcorn
- 12 lamb sausages
- 300 g greens / mixed vegetables
- 300 g tomatoes
- 300 g onions
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp chilli
- 150 ml oil
- 150 ml vinegar
- 50 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation method
- Add maize, salt and water into slow cooker.
- After a short while, add sweetcorn.
- Cook sausages.
- Mix together all sauce ingredients and bring to the boil.
- Stir fry greens / mixed veg.
- Roll maize and sausage and cut into pieces like sushi.
- Plate together with greens and add sauce.
