Ingredients

- 5 ml bicarbonate of soda
- 125 ml milk
- 200 g self-raising flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml apricot jam
- 20 g butter
- 1 ml salt
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml cream
- 230 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 5 ml vanilla
Preparation method
- Mix bicarb into milk.
- Mix together all other ingredients.
- Place in baking dish, bake for 25 min.
- Heat all sauce ingredients, pour over dessert, when ready to serve.
