Ingredients

Preparation time: 20-30 min

  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 1 block blue cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tin escargot
  • 4 cloves garlic

Preparation method

  • Make sauce: Heat up cream, add blue cheese.
  • Stir gently until cheese melted, remove from heat.
  • In saucepan, heat olive oil, add garlic, sauté.
  • Add escargot, fry ± 5 min.
  • Add sauce to escargot, serve.
