- 250 ml fresh cream
- 1 block blue cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tin escargot
- 4 cloves garlic
Preparation method
- Make sauce: Heat up cream, add blue cheese.
- Stir gently until cheese melted, remove from heat.
- In saucepan, heat olive oil, add garlic, sauté.
- Add escargot, fry ± 5 min.
- Add sauce to escargot, serve.
