Ingredients

- 5 eggs
- 30 ml milk
- 125 ml butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups coconut flakes
- 1 cup cake flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup milk
- pinch salt
Preparation method
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs, butter and sugar.
- Add coconut flakes and milk, combine.
- Pour mixture into oven tray, bake 35 min.
- Make syrup: Combine sugar, water and vanilla essence.
- Pour syrup over tart, serve with whipped cream.
