Ingredients
Serves: 4 people
Preparation time: 2-3 hrs
- 1 onion
- 3 chillies
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp water
- 250 ml cream
- 1 pkt chorizo
Preparation method
- In a bowl, mix together flour and salt.
- Make hole in centre of mixture, add beaten egg.
- Add water and mix until dough consistency reached.
- Knead dough for 6 min.
- Use pasta machine to thin dough, cut into pasta pieces and allow to dry for 2 hrs
- Make sauce: In a saucepan, cook onion in oil, add chillies, chorizo and cream.
- Mix with pasta, serve.
