- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Amarula liqueur
- 2 cups vanilla coffee
- 1 pkt lady fingers biscuits
- 1/3 cup cocoa
Preparation method
- Whip cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Add mascarpone and Amarula.
- Dip lady fingers into coffee and lay in serving glasses.
- Layer the fingers dipped in coffee with the cream mixture, then top off with cocoa.
- Allow to set in fridge for 4 hrs.
