Ingredients

- 2 trays knuckles
- 30 ml oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic
- 1 tbsp mother-in-law masala
- 1 tbsp all-in-1 masala
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 5 potatoes
Preparation method
- Bring oil to slight simmer, add onion, all spices, ginger and garlic.
- After 5-10 min, add knuckles and cook for 25 min.
- Add potatoes and cook for 90 min. Stir frequently to avoid burning and sticking.
- Serve curry with roti and rice.
