- 4 spring onions
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 50 ml oil
- 6 sweet potatoes
- 250 ml cream
- 5 ml Aromat and spices of choice
Preparation method
- Caramelise spring onion, onion and leek in oil.
- Boil sweet potatoes in water.
- Purée all ingredients with cream.
- Serve with cream and sprinkle of onion flakes.
