Laureen’s Moist Tipsy Chocolate Shandisi

Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 30 min

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp coffee

Preparation method

  • Mix all ingredients together, place in ovenproof dish.
  • Bake at 180 C for 20 min.
