  • 45ml Honey
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 6 slices Lemon
  • 100g Butter
  • 125 ml Brown Sugar
  • 2ea. Eggs Extra Large
  • 15ml Lemon Rind
  • 375ml Flour
  • 5ml Cardamom
  • 8ml Baking Powder
  • 1ml Salt
  • 100ml Milk   Syrup:

  • 125ml Sugar

  • 20ml Cornflour
  • 250ml Boiling Water
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Butter
  • 10ml Honey
  • 5ml Cardamom

Honeycomb:

  • 200g Castor Sugar
  • 60ml Golden Syrup
  • 15ml Bicarbonate Of Soda

Frosting:

  • 100g Cream Cheese
  • 100g Butter
  • 350ml Icing Sugar
  • 5ml Lemon Rind
