Ingredients
Serves: 4-6 people
Preparation time: 2 hrs (includes chilling)
Angel's tipple
- 400 ml whiskey
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp coffee granules
Truffles
- 230 g dark chocolate
- 230 g milk chocolate
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp liqueur
- nuts and sprinkles, to garnish
Preparation method
Angel's tipple
- Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
- Served chilled, in small glasses.
Truffles
- Chop chocolate, place in glass bowl.
- Bring cream to slow boil. Remove from heat and pour into chocolate, through sieve.
- Whisk cream and chocolate together until smooth.
- Add liqueur and vanilla, stir.
- Place in fridge to set.
- Spoon balls of mixture onto baking paper and roll into balls.
- Garnish with sprinkles and nuts.
- Set in fridge.
