Ingredients

Preparation time: 10 min, Cooking time: 5 hrs
- 4 x 250-300 g lamb shanks
- 750 ml Marsala wine
- 100 g bay leaves
- 100 g garlic
- 50 g aromat seasoning
- 50 g black pepper
- 500 g shelled prawns
- 4 onions
- 100 g butter
- 6 potatoes
- 100 g cheese
- 200 g baby spinach
- 50 g baking powder
Preparation method
- Add lamb, wine, onions and spices to pot. Slow roast for 5 hrs. Remove and allow to rest.
- Add gravy thickener to pot of lamb cooking juices, stir until desired consistency for gravy.
- Mash together boiled potatoes, spinach, butter, milk, cheese and baking powder.
- Serve lamb on top of mash, drizzled with gravy.
