Nontsi’s Duck Confit & Pak Choy

Ingredients

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 90 min

  • 4 portions duck leg
  • 1 pkt pak choy
  • 1 pkt baby potatoes
  • olive oil
  • seasoning
  • 500 ml stock
  • 1 red onion
  • soy sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs

Preparation method

  • Pan fry duck in olive oil, soy sauce and seasoning until golden brown, then place in oven.
  • Cook baby potatoes.
  • Sauté pak choy in olive oil just before serving.
  • Make gravy using stock and red onion.
