Ingredients
Biscuit:
- 250g Butter
- 5ml Salt
- 100g Grated Parmesan
- 50g Strong Cheddar
- 100g Poppy Seeds
- 600ml Flour
Relish:
- 2ea. Red onions
- 50g Cranberries
- 1ea. Green Chilli
- 5ml Vinegar
- 45ml Brown Sugar
- 60ml Cranberry Juice
Preparation method
Biscuit:
- Preheat Oven 180 degrees.
- Beat butter and salt.
- Add parmesan, cheddar and 10ml poppy seeds.
- Sift in flour, soft dough.
- Chill.
- Shape biscuits, roll in poppy and bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
- Remove, spoon relish on top.
- Bake for further 5 minutes.
Relish:
- Finely chop onion, chilli, and cranberry.
- Combine all ingredients and cook on low heat until thick.
