Peanut butter date balls

• 100g oats
• 100g almonds, roasted
• 400g Medjool or pitted dates
• 3 tbsp (45ml) peanut butter
• 2 tbsp (30ml) coconut oil

Preparation method

  1. Blitz oats and almonds in a food processor until they resemble coarse flour.
  2. Add dates, peanut butter and coconut oil.
  3. Blend until everything comes together
  4. Roll into balls that are about walnut size, and refrigerate before serving.
