• 100g oats
• 100g almonds, roasted
• 400g Medjool or pitted dates
• 3 tbsp (45ml) peanut butter
• 2 tbsp (30ml) coconut oil
- Blitz oats and almonds in a food processor until they resemble coarse flour.
- Add dates, peanut butter and coconut oil.
- Blend until everything comes together
- Roll into balls that are about walnut size, and refrigerate before serving.
