• 1 can (410g) chickpeas, drained
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
• ½ tsp (2½ml) ground coriander
• ½ tsp (2½ml) ground cumin
• ½ tsp (2½ml) paprika
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Rinse and drain chickpeas. Pat dry with paper towel.
- Toss with oil, and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Mix spices together.
- Remove chickpeas from oven, toss with spices and bake for a further 10-15 minutes, until crisp. Cool and serve.
