Seed Crackers

  • 230g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 115g All-Purpose Flour
  • 5ml Salt
  • 2ml Ground Black Pepper
  • 40g Sesame Seeds
  • 40g Poppy Seeds
  • 40g Chopped Pumpkin Seeds
  • 40g Chopped Sunflower Seeds
  • 15ml Runny Honey
  • 210ml Luke-Warm Water
  • 55ml Sunflower Oil   Himalayan Salt Flour For Dusting

Preparation method


  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  • Mix flour, salt, pepper and seeds
  • Beat water, honey and oil, combine with flour
  • Knead dough till it forms a ball (+ 5 min)
  • Cover and rest for 20 minutes
  • Dust working surface with flour and roll out to 3mm thickness
  • Use a 7cm round cookie cutter to cut out shapes
  • Line baking trays with baking paper
  • Place crackers on baking tray
  • Brush with water
  • Grind Himalayan salt on top, press lightly
  • Bake in for 15 minutes
  • Switch off oven, open oven door for 1 minute
  • Leave in oven for further 15 minutes
  • Transfer to wire rack and cool
