Ingredients
• 1 can (410g) butterbeans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can (410g) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 tsp (10ml) cumin
• 1 tsp (5ml) smoked paprika
• Salt and milled pepper
• ¼ cup (60ml) full-cream yoghurt
• ½ lemon, juice of
• 3 tbsp (45ml) olive oil
• Small handful fresh coriander
Preparation method
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse to desired consistency.
- Adjust seasoning, and serve.
