Ingredients

• 2 packets (80g each) green jelly
• 20 jelly snakes (about 2 packets, 125g each)
• 3 tbsp (45ml) sherbet (homemade or store bought), optional

Preparation method

  1. Prepare jelly according to the packaged instructions.
  2. Add the sherbet if desired. For homemade sherbet, simply combine ½ cup (125ml) icing sugar with 1 tbsp (15ml) cream of tartar.
  3. Pop 2-3 jelly snakes into each cup.
  4. Pour jelly into the cups.
  5. Set jelly in the fridge.
