Ingredients

Serves: 6 people

Preparation time: 60 min

  • 6 tuna steaks
  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • 1 pkt mixed herb salad
  • 1 pkt sundried tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • 1 pkt pumpkin seeds
  • 3 chilli peppers

Preparation method

  • Grate ginger, chop garlic and 1 chilli. Mix with soy sauce.
  • Marinade tuna in soy sauce for 1 hr.
  • Sear tuna.
  • Mix herb salad with remaining chilli. Add pumpkin seeds and sundried tomatoes.
  • Serve tuna with salad.
